On behalf of the organizer, we wish to extend a warm welcome to all of you here for this seminar. Our topic for today’s seminar is “Grant Mechanism Based on the Government’s Regulation.”

Before we begin, please let me remind to all of you our agenda today.

Our first agenda will be Opening Remarks by Mr. Rahmat Waluyanto, the Director General of Debt Management, Ministry of Finance.

For the presentation session, there will be five speakers from Bappenas and Ministry of Finance who will deliver five sub-topics, including overview of external assistance reform, grant management, external grant budget mechanism, grant transfer to the local government and disbursement and endorsement mechanism for external grant realization.

The next agenda, representatives from the Lenders, presented by the World Bank, ADB, JICA/Japan Embassy, and UNDP will express their opinion regarding the previous presentations, followed by discussion.

Our event today will be concluded with closing remarks by Mr. Maurin Sitorus, the Director of Funds, Ministry of Finance.
